Year 1 and 2 have spent the morning at Cardinal Hume taking part in lots of different sports activities. The tasks were designed and lead by Year 9 Sports Leaders and the children really enjoyed it. They had lots of fun.
In year 4, we are writing persuasive letters to David Williams to try and make him visit our school! In science this afternoon year 5 have been making the different phases of the moon out of Oreo cookies.
Year 4 are participating in an Operation Encompass workshop learning about emotions and empathy. We discussed different types of emotion and how to deal and regulate our emotions. We also talked about ways we could be more empathetic. What an amazing day year 5 had on Friday! The children were extremely well behaved and made Miss Carr super proud! We went in the planetarium, watched a science show, built and launched our own rocket and went ice skating. Well done everyone ✨
