Year 4 have worked so hard this term. They have covered dividing and multiplying by 10 and 100 and they have used this to convert different measurements. They have also looked at bar charts and pictograms. Alongside this, they have also been practising their times tables. In English, we have looked at formal and informal letters and they have been excellent. The children have also written newspaper reports on the destruction of the volcano of a Pompeii; alongside this the children have been learning about the Romans and they have learnt about all different aspects of Roman life. They have also done some Roman art. I am so pleased at how hard you have all worked and I really am very proud of how you have all adapted to the challenge of home learning.
