Year 6 have created some brilliant pieces of art work over the past week with Mrs Tonkin. They have been learning all about Picasso and his work, studying his life and focusing on making their own portraits in the style of Picasso.

Year 6 had a fantastic Judo session yesterday where they focused on the main purpose of Judo and how to carry out several judo moves. We are beyond proud of all of the children in KS2 who have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to create a fantastic Christmas play to showcase to family and friends. The acting, singing and dancing from children was just brilliant. Well done to each and every one of them.
Year 6 had a fantastic time at their Christmas party! There was plenty of singing and dancing in the disco and we all had great fun taking part in all of the party games. We ended our party eating lots of lovely treats and singing Christmas songs!

Year 6 were given the opportunity to work alongside students at Cardinal Hume and take part in various sportshall athletic activities. Their behaviour was impeccable and Miss Carter the secondary school teacher who led the session was very impressed with the efforts of all of the students as was Mrs Henry.
